Tony LeCount

Tony is a follower of Jesus Christ, husband of 31 years to Jennifer, father of 2, a grandfather, and passionate entrepreneur who enjoys helping businesses and people.
Tony serves the Axia team as CFO and financial support role responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and lead contact with Axia regional leadership for due diligence and support in their acquisitions.
Tony has extensive leadership experience in healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and technology with leadership roles in the medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and health tech sectors. He brings strategy, operations, sales, marketing, management and leadership, financial, and international experience through his various positions throughout his 25 years working with organizations in life sciences, health tech, and health providers.
Previously, Tony led the capital raise efforts for an Indiana medical device startup with a pre seed and seed round raise totaling $9.8 million. In the early stages of the startup, Tony led the business analysis, market strategy, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and market potential of the company. He assisted company strategy development and with identifying and selecting the product development partner, assembly partner, and critical supply chain partners. Tony served as SVP for MMY consulting and assisted in the creation of a healthcare division with health tech advisory and implementation services offered directly to health systems. His leadership resulted in a national contract with Ascension Health and working with health systems throughout the country. He was president of UltraSolutions, an international diagnostics company which saw revenues grow fivefold to $12 million, the start and development of new solutions, the introduction of a quality management program, and significant expansion internationally under his leadership. Additional he served on the executive team for TriMedx, leading sales and marketing efforts and helping grow revenues for the company from $85 to $170 million, implementing a customer success program, and overhauling a comprehensive pricing program in a few short years.
He currently serves on two non-profit boards, has served on an additional three non-profit boards in the past, is active in his church having served as an elder and deacon for the last 8 years and enjoys helping early-to-mid stage companies and divisions with strategy development and execution.
Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
