As a friend of leaders, organizations and communities throughout the world, Matthew has been
established as a perceiver and purveyor of the deeper purpose(s) of life and work.
Matthew serves the Axia team as the primary catalyst for prayer initiatives and business
development. He will be responsible for the development of new regions for Axia as well as the
primary investor relations contact for our team.

 

Matthew has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, relationship
management & leadership consulting in industries ranging from communications to financial services
to technology to performance improvement, has afforded him the ability to help leaders work from
REST…that posture of operating with the grain of their unique design and, dare we say, destiny. 
Beyond his marketing and psychology degrees from the University of Iowa, in 2017 the United
Graduate College & Seminary International awarded Matthew an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy of
Humanities for his service to mankind in the U.S., Africa and India. 

 

After growing up throughout the United States, Matthew has called Charlotte home & headquarters
for over 2 decades. Along with his wife Lindsay and their 3 children, he is a passionate Chicago Cubs
baseball fan that enjoys tracking the games and going to various MLB ballparks to watch the “Cubs
Win, Cubs Win”.
